theme for the Windows 7 Operating System. Contains the Universal Theme Patcher 2009, Full Glass effect, the start menu animation, and set their startup applet, seven benches, dll files. Theme for x86 and x64-bit systems.

Installation:
1) Open the Universal Theme Patcher to record the necessary Windows files (if you have not done before)
2) Open the Themes folder you downloaded
3) Put the two files “BlueAlloy” and “themes” folder in the folder C: \ Windows \ Resources \ Themes \
4) Click on Personalize your desktop. There, you’ll see a section of the Saved Topics (Installed themes). Click on a topic to put theme on.
